

The Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences provides a firm foundation for entry-level employment in a range of positions in the health care industry at facilities such as health practitioners' offices, hospitals, home healthcare services, outpatient care services, nursing care facilities, health insurance companies, and state and government healthcare programs. It also prepares students for graduate study, and equips graduates with skills appropriate for lifelong learning.
The core curriculum is designed to provide students with a foundation in the humanities, math and science. The second half of the curriculum provides for a broad focus on business basics, the healthcare delivery system, public health and the medical office.
